However,soon after on 13th June another WO# 1-2516L1Q6 was created for the new set top box which was not working properly. And for this visit, I was charged again Rs.150 in the form of visit charges even though I was asked by the customer care representative that it would be completely free as the issue is from our side.
I registered the complaint for this reversal of amount with WO# 1-259L4YK0 and also for the same issue which happened again as I was not able to view channels.
The customer executive came and replaced the set top box again saying that there was some issue. But today again, I have to register one more complaint with WO No #1-25F40TMS as I am not able to view services again.
I am really disappointed with the kind of services you guys have provided me and the kind of set top box you guys are replacing at my place is horrible as there is no quality at all.
Same problem is occuring again and again and now I believe Tata SKY is not a company to stay with. It’s been really a horrible experience by continuously talking to Customer support and then getting the same issue within 1-2 days.
