i have ordered a book from amazon, they told me to take the order at night at 8 pm as I live in a hostel. It is a safety issue to walk 1 km to take the order. So I told the delivery agent to come tomorrow. today he told me he will come in the morning. I waited e didn’t and I talked to customer service many times but they were so rude. My whole day went into this. And they gave me false amazon mail that the order is out for delivery but it is not as since the 2 hour delivery person call is busy because they were all lying to me. I really want you to look into this they have played with me. Because they think customers cannot do anything. Mentally I am not feeling good because of their behaviour. Please reply and look into this.
