Text of Complaint by Deepak Sharma:

I logged a complaint regarding bad mobile and internet network. After a week it didn’t got resolved and I got no feedback on it. I made a port request and then customer care executive keep calling multiple time in a single day asking same series of questions like what is the issue and we will help you. But nobody check in the system or anything before calling. This has been going on full day. I keep saying them check my previous complaint and provide a solution before calling me but every time a new executive calls and ask the same thing. I am frustrated and this is very annoying.
