I have a loan running since 2020 from Badabro app and since 2020 I am sending mails to it’s helpcenter mail id for collecting the dues amount from me and closing my account. But there is no response from them and my cibil is not increasing because of the particular reason.
I don’t have any loan dues from anywhere else.
Kindly help me in figuring out
