i have book a ride from rapido, (7081719606) after waiting 15 mints i have given 3,4 times calls to the rider he has not receive the same, then a message him that i am getting late he told me to cancel the ride after waiting 15 mints, i just said that i will not cancel from my end he passed the ride to some different rider and he start abusing me and using bad language(8690121064), then one by one i have start receiving call from some different rider continously and i have to cancel the ride and rapido charge me 10 rs.
1:-i am late for office due to rapido rider.
2:-they are abusing me.
3:-harassing me by giving calls from different no.
