Text of Complaint by Neha joshi:

I have received call from airtel contact centre no. 8295785123 (tellecaller -spam) for recharge. I told him that I have already recharged my no and it’s my choice as to when and how much recaharge I have to do. He started arguing and misbehaved with me and in unprofessional language said ..SEEDHI BAAT NO BAKWAASS. And also said if you don’t want to recharge just close your connection in very bad manner.

This cannot be expected from company like airtel who claimed to be best in the industry.

I just want my grievances to be redressed with appropriate action should be taken against such unprofessional customer representative who are supposed to cater the grievances of customer hassle free.
