I requested a change in SIM as old SIM got defective. After 3 visits to Airtel Shop, Moledina Road, Pune 411001 new SIM was given. When I asked SIM be fitted into phone, Airtel person refused saying I should do it myself after 4 hours. Rude and despicable behaviour!
