I received a wrong product from Myntra and on the same day I gave the request for exchange.but when the delivery person came to give the exchange product he misbehaved and didn’t gave me the exchange product. Then I raised a ticket stating the exchange and Myntra approved my request but still next time when the delivery person came he misbehaved and didn’t gave me the product. The third time when my exchange product came he didn’t deliver me the product stating I was not there for delivery . The major limitation of Myntra is that there is no provision of filing complaint against delivery person. I totally disagree with the behaviour of delivery person and that’s why I’m here to file a complaint
