Sending the email sent for help

Which is not resolved but I still been charged for your services..hope to see some response .

STOPPED COUNTING DAYS AS YOU ALL ARE NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING ISSUES

HOW MANY MORE DAYS IS REQUIRED? FOR THE ISSUE RESOLUTION ? AND WHAT IS THE NEXT STEPS?
its been 8 months from the day i had called Airtel network related issue, i had left the issue as i had no choice as this number is been with me from 2002-2003 and been my first number which is sentimental and not changing it.

the issue now is got bad – worst – pathetic not sure if we have some word saying Pathetic++ if yes then its the word i can use for airtel serives at my locaiton in Bangalore – 560085.

Issues : Airtel Network is bad , 121 help line is not working

27th June 2019 : 17:30 hrs – 19:30 hrs : i have been trying Airtel Toll free 121 from 27th June 2019 17:30 hrs and was not abel to connect to the customer service, i used diff number and was able to reach, i was promised a callback which nevert Came. left calling as i Knew Airtel will never call. I had called using the prepaid number 9731012134 and spoke to customer care .

28th JUne 2019 : 19:00 hrs – same issue as above , used a differt number and was able to reach cutomer care after 5 mins of waiting , after explaing the isse for 15 mins Agent Name : Prashanth who was a female was not able to understand the issue,20th Min spoke to supervisior ” Ms.Rihan (sorry if spelt wrong) explained for 15 mins Answer ” Sir i understand the issue let me resolve it ” when i asked to resolve the steps provided to reach cusotmer care :Restart mobile and try calling After sometime ” HAAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT AN ANSWER, still tried and made her to listen to call on 121 which got disconnected and she said the issue is not at their end but might be IVR issue, serisoulsy .. WOW !!

after convincing her to transfer the call to next manager mind 35-40 mins on call Mr. Santosh enters, same story sir give us 72 hrs we shall provide the udpate, he said the earlier case was closed saying udpate customer – which never happened if i have commited saying new tower will be built and i will wait then i shall go to court of Law to have false complaint against Airtel.
after 20 mins of converstaion – Mr. Santosh disconnects the call, its 21:30 hrs i have not received any callback neither 121 is working for me to reach them.

as a customer not asking for any compensation just get the issue resolved so kindly let me know do i need to go Legal or will i get the issue resolved.

Here is about Airtel Indiawhich said best network, ookla speed test blah blah, the network is working in major part of Bangalore city only and Network is bad.
i had called on 6th OCt 2018, the complaint was registered and now unable to see that request, on 24th Oct , 2nd request was placed and was promised service executive visit on the 27th Oct never happened. when called on 29th Oct surprising that there was no records of me calling it was the best , after that i insisted on getting it registered and callback was done after 24 hr and said the networking is working fine, which was not the correct statement, even today i have the same issue in most of the the places in Bangalore i have to try 3 times to call to get connected. the last SR # : 88318918, best was the request is logged with 2G network issue, where my number is 4G enabled,
i was told to do these steps :
1. remove the Sim card , restart phone
2. Use it without sim card – shutdown phone
3. put the Airtel in Sim Slot 1 only
4. Use it without any other 4G sim card
Tried this for 1 week – no use either i dont get calls and internet 4G which can be used in himalayas, blah blah.. not working in Bangalore only.
Airtel India they clearly said don’t use Jio Sim + Airtel sim on phone it will have issues on connectivity etc.,
Amazing answer was to change the phone – i asked ok send me a loaner phone as i have only one which is pretty amazing anoriod phone – Airtel India denied and said we cannot provide.
so option is to buy new phone which Airtel India suggests – Question who would fund it ?
fact is if i don’t use jio on phone will not get any calls even if emergency – coz @Airtel India doesn’t work
either resolve the issue else will surely log case in consumer court for wrong advertisement, harassing, fooling customer
i’m reachable on the registered number on the SR the issue was supposed to be closed with-in 4 days –

it’s been 48hrs as asked by you all, what is the next steps?? CAN I GET SOME SOLUTION ON THE ISSUE..
