I was an old airtel customer.
But they have back stabbed me.
Without telling me or informing me.
They have charged me 283 rupees on both of my dth connection.
Just because I converted my dth postpaid connection into prepaid connection. They didn’t inform me about those charges, during the discussion on call. Now if I want to recharge my tv. Then, first I have to clear that minus -283 rupees on both of my dth.
Then only I can recharge and watch tv.
Bullshit airtel.
