Text of Complaint by Manju Sri:

I have ordered a baby carrier bag and delivered but by seeing the quality of it, I found to return it multiple time but the courier guy who comes for pick up mentioned that they can not take it back due to color change. If we have received only one product and we are trying to return that back. Also, there is an option for return that the color is changed and we opted that though the quality is bad. And this option was chosen based on the courier personnel. Even though, these guys are not taking it back.

When I have talked with customer care they mentioned they did the quality check but I don’t know why the color has changed? I did raised a request saying what is the proof they had saying that they sent the exact match to respective person but they don’t have any answer apart from sorry.

Is it a correct solution?
