I have just received a message that Rs. 15 have been deducted from my main balance for Bcafe portal access.
This was done without my permission or consent. I consider this as fraud or a legal scam.
Previously there was another pack Players Club that was activated without my consent. And I was charged Rs. 2
It’s not anything about the amount, but it’s about value added services activated without the consumers consent.
