Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST AXIS BANK
I am here writing complaint against the axis bank. My credit card was annually free ,and that card validity end ,i call on axis bank on their helpline line..which is very costly also…they harrest me and do not gave me satisfy answer.
i call for renew card (my zone) but they upgrade my card by vistara infinite card…which is very costly..i do not want this card they charges me lots .they activate self. after my complain they block my both card after that they gave me new zone card with charges ..i dont know why and surprisely they issue vistara card again.. they frustrated me all time ..during complain they hold my call above a hour. axis bank broke my trust .
