With due respect I Pintu Mandal an account holder of axis Bank credit card.(LAST 4 DIGIT NO 7307)
Now I am informing you that Axis credit card customer care fraud my card via axis customer care no 1860-500-5555 which is given the number on the back side of the card.
Also send me the identity card of the customer calling person and given the secure side axis credit card www.Cardsupport.in/axiscard
I have lost Rs 56792/-.
How is it possible to use a fraud credit card by using customer care no (back side of card?)
Please take necessary legal action and refund my money.
