Text of Complaint by Manikanta A.S.:

Dear sir,

I’m Sri Manikanta Annapragada (deaf and mute), From Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

I was in strictly in my duties and responsibilities but i was getting faced issue from axis bank.

One time axis bank branch executive told me about MAB, every month deposit Rs.10,000/- to the bank account and take it back on your wish time.

I was deposited every month above Rs.10,000/- and taken it back in every month, but from February 2020 i was getting consolidated charges with GST fees from axis bank for  my bank account MAB,

Axis bank still 3 times deducted my money and charged me for MAB.

I was checked the axis bank customer support for online complaint on website but there are no service on online during lockdown active, later i was found in google search for axis bank nodal officer hyderabad main branch mail id and wroten a complaint to that officer.

I was requested to axis bank nodal officer below letter as my wrote

Dear sir, as I’m deaf and mute so i can’t use phone calls, I’m getting trouble and issue from MAB charges from axis bank during lockdown active. I request you to please let me know online account modification (scheme change or account close option) if that option not available in online mode, please stop the charges/fees during lockdown active, after lockdown inactive i can visit to the any branch for modification on my axis bank account like scheme change or account closing.

But they are responded: you haven’t managed MAB in February and March, visit any branches we can’t have online mode.

Look this sir.. They didn’t see properly on my request and they didn’t understand about lockdown? How can i visit any branch during lockdown active? I can’t understand what the issue and I’m getting mental stress in this situation.

Please help me to take out me from the axis bank troubles and mental stressing.
