Text of Complaint by Rohit kumar:

My account was freezed on thurs 18th may, without giving me any prior information. They told me to visit branch and submit kyc docs. I submitted everything on next day 19th may and was promised my account will be unfreezed next working day, its been 4 day my account is still freezed i am not able to make any payment which is impacting my life terribly. Nobody is there in the bank to listen to my queries. They have bunch of useless employee who are not doing any work and scamming customers
