Text of Complaint by Nisha Rawat:

Axis bank froze my account without any intimation. Upon contacting the customer care (with waiting time of more than 45 minutes) I was told it was done due to suspicious transactions and I need to visit Axis bank branch to tell them the transactions were done by me.

Why was I not intimated about the transactions if you were to freeze the account. I needed to make a very important transaction today and I can’t do it because of the bank’s faulty fraud detection system.
