Dear sir,My name is Anchal Sharma, I have made a transaction on 04-07-2020 of 73000 from my axis account (919010091053774). The bank has freeze my amount of 73000 without any information. And the entry in passbook shown that my amount is Market as Lien amount. I called customer care so many time and they didnt respond well and also do misbehave with me. They also try to convince that i have to forgot this amount and said this amount will not refund. The customer case also said You can do anything but you cant get this amount now because You are not agree with me. I am attaching the passbook entry in which it is clearly shows that they marked my amount as Lien Amount. Please resolve my this problem as soon as possible.
