I have ordered a Axis fastag on 4th January. It was supposed to get delivered within 7 days. Although I didn’t receive the same. Tried mailing and tagging them on twitter with no luck. The call-center number is not reachable at times, when I finally connected with them they asked me to wait for 3 days or if I want to cancel then I should send a cancelled cheque to them.(I dont know why I should waste my cheque for their mistakes).
Overall a pathetic experience due to low standard service by axis bank.
