Dear Sir,
I have Current account number 918020092034291 with Axis Bank. They
have started to charge excessive bank charges without prior notice and when I’ve
raised complaint regarding closing the bank account, they are not willing to close
the account. By charging this excessive amount, they have made negative balance
in my account. I’ve asked them to transfer my balance to my account with another
bank but they refused. As agreed bank charges should be Rs.59 per month however they have started to charge Rs 118 without any notice.
Please resolve the issue and help me close this account as
this is creating mental pressure and I have to visit branch without any reasons.
