My name is Amit Narang. My Cust Id in AXIS Bank is 037097193). I had a salary account with Pune main branch. After
switching the company, this account was no longer required for me so I have requested to Laxmi Baazar
branch Gurgaon to close this account around 2 months ago. I received the acknowledgement slip also, but
still I was getting remainder messages from AXIS bank to fund the account. I have visited Laxmi Baazar
Gurgaon for more than 10 times and all the they mentioned that your account will be closed from pune
branch soon as we have requested for same. In my last visit with the Laxmi Baazar Gurgaon, The branch
head told me to do a complain on “nodal.officer@axisbank.com” email id, that’s the only option. I have done that also. Attaching the mail chain here also. Recently from one of my SBI policy I received some amount in the same AXIS bank account which was linked with my policy. Immediately after received, the bank done debit a big amount from my account and the reason they mentioned was consolidated charges. Currently I lives in Indirapuram Ghaziabad. So I visited here in AXIS bank Indirapuram branch and they suggested me to first do request for activate this account then request to transfer this account here in Indirapuram branch, then only there is a possibility of reversal of charges which got deducted, then do write a letter to AXIS bank pune and AXIS bank guragon about the reversal of the charges. I have done all the mentioned thinks 15 days ago(attaching the same letter here also), but still there is no update from any of the branch.
Please help me.
