I was fined Rs 1559 for making paying delay of Rs. 100 by three days. I was fined this unprecedented amount by axis bank credit card. When I argued for justified fine amount the customer care personnel abruptly said “You have no choice, either make payment of the total amount or make your CIBIL score suffer”. In the heat the moment realising the consequence this can have over my credit score I decided to pay them the said amount which is unjust and beyond inhuman brutality
