On December 2:10 Am early morning I received messages of four transactions ( three 10,000 rupees and one 7500 rupees .
I blocked my cards and I given a call to axis bank customer care and explained about transactions .
Service request number : 64362231
I have done mutliple followups for the raised request .I have informed I am not in a position to pay this 37500 amount which is not done by me .
Today 27 Dec 2020 I called to customer care I came to know the issue closed by their end stating that the OTP received to me and was done by me . Really I am surprised and I totally lost trust on axis bank .
Once again I raised request the OTP I haven’t shared with any one and more important the transaction was not done by me .I blocked my cards temporarily .
