I have used credit card money as such 28k .. and because of lock down and since I was ill I couldn’t pay back on time.. so after 3 months almost I called them to know the exact punt and it was almost 32k+ . So i asked them to let me know exact and so I can pay and block the card . They told me to pay 12k first and then 20174 next so I did as he said .. and I asked him to block it.. he said yes he requested and it ll b blocked in 3 working days.. after 4 days when I opened my axis app , it showed me rather than blocking they charhed me again 1568 again.. and when I call them they says it will b blocked after 4 days of I make payment again.. why should I make a payment again.. when I clearly paid everything and did as they said .
