myself karthikeyan k am using axis bank credit card for past 6 months and i made the axis bank bill amount on 29th Saturday the total outstanding amount is rs.10385 and the due date is 31 july i made the payment on 29th Saturday by using my SBI debit card i decided to pay minimum amount that shows in axis bank application the amount is 7660 i decided to pay the minimum amount unfortunately the two transaction got failed and the amount id debited from my SBI bank and the third time by using paytm application the transaction was successful so totally i paid rs 22980 my total due is rs 10385, but they charged me for rs 11406 instead of rs 10385 and 01.08.23 Tuesday i initiated a refund with the customer care executive they told you will get refund of rs11574.94 only, remaining all the amount adjusted with bill like that, and now today 2.08.23 in axis bank application shows refund initiated only 8584.06 and remaining amount -2990.88 shows in credit limit i don’t know what to do now day by day they changing and customer care executive give very very poor response worst they are not explain properly and they disconnect the chat frequently am very depressed for past four days so i need full refund of 12595 including they charged for interest without the due date ends kindly do the needful to get my full refund
