I purchased electronic item from CROMA store via Axis Bank debit card EMI to avail 10% cash back within 90 days.
Cash back around 5800 Rs is pending last 8 months.Merchant followed many times to bank, me as a customer tried to contact bank many times but no resolution.My request is please credit my cash back ASAP.For more detail please contact with me.Cash back condition was 90 days, but now 240 days over, felt like fraud.
I know banking was effected due to Covid, but now bank is fully operational.Customer care is not supportive towards customer.
My request you to please look at the matter, I also raised this query on Twitter, where I got service request 61936372.
But no resolution yet.
