Respected sir/ madam
I would like to inform that the rate of interest the bank charged is different from what they committed I have told them several times but they ignored this all things.
So pls help me
Below is the letter which I have written to axis bank.

I m again saying you to consider the matter, otherwise I will take a next level approaches For further action, I m sending you screenshot of Icici pre approved car loan today they are showing 8.1 in there application and further on proceeding it will also go down. Suppose that you will buy any thing from market you will pay genuine price for that neither you will pay more or less, pls see it and consider what you can do in it, I need resolution with in 7 working days, there fore please again and again I request you to maintain the relation and faith between customer and bank, As far as signature is concerned, I have signed many documents and also I want to say you that in my previous loan sanction letter I have signed on 7.7℅ per annum so consider the previous one, at that time vehicle is not available and they have told me what is the rate is showing doesn’t matter, it totally on the day at which money will be disbursed. As we are doing a blind faith on bank and the difference is clearly visible to you with proof in todays date as I have attached the screen shot, if you further need any information I will share what ever you want.
