Hi Team i had taken loan from axio and they promised that they will give amazon voucher as cashback and they not provided still now after taking follow-ups on mail. And second thing my enach is service is expired as i was paying proper loan on time now my enach was not deducting they have mentally harassed me please help me.by this my cibil score is going down and they don’t have proper escalation matrix even i mailed to RBI which was in their terms condition but mail gets failed every time
