My request for cancellation of flight booking with Booking ID FF1911122706327 which was placed on Nov 12, 2019, was approved by Flipkart Travel after a period of more than one year on Dec 17, 2020. Even after taking a noticeable period for cancellation, now a refund of ₹14425.0 is still held up by Flipkart.
In this regard, Customer care was contacted several times, and they were found to be clueless about non-refund which creates doubt on Flipkart’s sincerity for refund.
