Hello, I placed an order in gozefo for a led tv , my order id is 328580, as the customer care on watzapp told me there is no delivery to my destination and hence cancelled the order and I was asked to send an email and money would be refunded back to my account, haven’t got any response to my email after several reminders.
This tv was for my old parents who during lock down would need some means to spend their time, here is my humble request to refund my amount , if not I will report this to cyber crime as well as take this issue and drag gozefo and their bosses to consumer court.
