We had placed a request for a broadband connection. We assigned to Sudhakar, who came and collected the payment and documents after repeatedly calling him. Heade us pay two times saying that there was an error. After repeatedly calling for connection, he answered only once and said that he is not responsible and we will receive a call from someone.
Very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.
Airtel lacks professional employees. Such a big brand having such a terrible and horrible service
