I have a boat earphone, which is still under warranty period. When my earphones stopped working, I registered a complaint to repair/replace. Then arrange a pickup for my earphones. At the time of dispatch there is mo physical damage to the product but at their service centre they are telling my product is physical damage and we don’t offer warranty.
Then i ask for video but they provide a edited video which have cut in that.
Any niw giving me the proof me that.
