Text of Complaint by ISHANT GARG:

I bought one Avita laptop on dated 23-02-2022 through amazon online of amount of Rs. 40,990. They give me 18 months of warranty. On dated 29-06-2023 i logged the complaint regarding Battery issue (complaint id CANA47088E). I try to connect with Avita customer service team they told me that they don’t have battery in stock & the battery will come in 10 days from Hongkong. They told me they will call back but i did not get any call from their side.
I called him again they told me that the battery is at Delhi custom airport. After two days i called him again they did not pick up the calls from that day they are not giving any response through phone and email. They didnt address our query and my warranty of laptop also get expired and my work gonna all stopped because of laptop. Their team not answering any call or email. My laptop is still switched off due to battery issue till now.
