Hi sir/madam my name is Syed Khizer and my complaint is against this fraudsters company called avisa finance pvt Ltd.
I saw there add at Instragram showing low interest rate on personal loan. I’m installed there app called quikcash I’m logged in. The app notify me your eligible loan is 5000 and I clicked the link and opened the app to see what interest is they are taking to give the loan and I didn’t touched any of there loan links the app automatically distributed the amount in my account. They sanctioned me loan without my consern and without my permission or without me knowledging about the loan and the interest they taking from me. I’m using several loan application but they first give all the information of the loan before disturbing the loan amount but this fraudsters company not giving any information about the loan. The disturbed me two types of loan called salary loan and fortune loan in which salary loan is 3000 rupees and the fortune loan is 2000 rupees but they transferred 1800 rupees for 3000 rupees and 1200 rupees for 2000 rupees without my permission of disbursement they just transferred the amount in my bank account and they took from me 3014 rupees for salary loan and 2009 rupees for fortune loan. They took interest for salary loan is 1214 rupees for 7 days and for the fortune loan they took 809 rupees for 7 days as well no intimation no information about the loan and the interest. they just transferred the amount. They transferred total 3000 rupees to my bank account and I paid 5023 rupees to them. please take strict action against this fraudsters company. I’m attaching the screenshot of payment which Im paid to them and the sanctioned loan screenshot too please sir/madam take strict action against them your faithfully Indian citizen.
