I searched part time job on quikkr app and i got a call from avi enterprises and they told me about captacha filling work and i followed the instruction how to do.
The person with whom i had a conversation he told me that “there is no harm, if you don’t finish your work also…you will not loose anything”. So, i agree and started my work. after that their server was not working.
I waited and the same was happening. On next day also their server was not responding. I informed the person with whom i had conversation through watsapp but he did not reply, i call him and his number was coming switch off.
I realised now it was impossible to finish the work. So i stop doing and waited for them to respone. After a month they reply me saying you have’nt complete your work. On 24/3/2020 (sunday) i received a message saying that “internal case has been register”on me.
When i call them they started asking me a money i.e (Rs.8950) within one hour. They said if you don’t pay then they will send me a legal notice. I doubted them that without any advance notice how can they ask suddenly.
When i checked the message that they had send me it was written that in case of not finishing the work i have to pay 6900. This person (sanjay patel) demanding rs.8950/- .
On 31/05/20, they send me a mail that was legal notice (in pdf) saying that i have to pay 6900+3500.
Sir/ Madam, i desperately need your help. I did not commit any offence. AVI Entreprises did not let me complete the work and demanding me a huge sum. I cannot afford to pay them. They harassed me by saying they will apply section 73 and 74 and under IPC 406.
Recently, i came to know that i like me AVi entreprises has demanding a money to others in the name of providing work.
I was about commit sucide because of mentally disturbance caused by Avi entreprises and their associates. But luckily my sister save me and show me this path.
