I am jay prakash gupta from kolkata few monts ago a woman called me and told me about a capta filling work. I had to type 10000 capta in 10 days in a app provided by them they didnot tell me any thing about the digital contract just told me that if my work is not 90 percent accurate i have to pay some money from my salary thats it they first assured me that nothing is there for worry i agreed and started work but the app was very disgusting and sometimes irritating some times it cause my phone to hang and i could not understand the capta also it was impossible to complete it so i deleted the app i also tried to call the same person but they haven’t picked up my call and now they are harassing me to pay the penalty money of 6700 at the time of sending digital signature they were in a hurry and the contract page was very big and in small letters i thought it was something like term and condition i clearly asked the woman that if i will not complete the work what you will do the said nothing to worry and now an advocate is regularly harassing me to pay penalty other wise they send legal notice the calles me around 10 time i m a btech engineeing student so it should not be done please help me
