We are the student of Walchand college of Engineering Sangli, as per the bill address we was living at Pune. But after lockdown we are not there all girls are at native place. and we dont have resources to take picture of meter and send to Mahavitran. We are the rented people living at rented flat. So our owner want money for sort the thing of bill.
