available balance in my vodafone sim is INR 190/- still i am getting message that my outgoing services is being discontinued wef 25th Nov’18. deliberately vodafone forcing to recharge. really very bad.

Dear sir/Madam,

vodfone forcing me to recharge my sim to continue my outgoing services wef 25th Nov’18.which is really depressing as i have enough balance of INR 190/-.
