Text of Complaint by Shyam Kumar:

I have been charged a sum of Rs.299/- by Nov digital entertainment private limited on 8th August 2025 as a subscription amount for Hotstar Premium. Its 10th of August and still the premium amount is not reflected in my Hotstar account, but the amount is debited. I need the refund of my money which is debited or process the payment properly to the client (Jio Hotstar).
