Hello,
i got call from tata sky several times for upgrading recharge and packs. after denying several times they made it recharge automatically.
due to which when my monthly recharge got end on 18 days only then i was shocked. this sort of misbehaviour with the pack is too much disturbing. it should be taken care and my amount for that period i did not activate should be refund.
coz this is the defamation with the privacy and ownership policy of a customer.
looking forward for the speed remedy.
