Zee5 had atomatically debited Rs699 as I had autodebit enabled instead of the actual subscription plan of Rs449. On writing email, they reverted saying their plan has changed and they will not refund any amount which is autodebited. On further followup asking when did I agree to pay more than the actual amount or whether they informed the amount is going to be more, they had never reverted to email. Complaint number 3609190. They are not supposed to be allowed to debit any amount they wanted. I want full refund.
