I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR LOAN BUT THIS NAR CREDIT APP HAS CREDITED THE LOAN IN MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY LOAN APPLICATION. THE CUSTOMER CARE HAVE CALLED ME UP TO REPAY THE LOAN AND I HAVE FULLY REPAID THE LOAN AMOUNT. However, right after repaying the loan amount the loan was automatically re-processed again without my consent. Please help so that I can closed the loans and stop the loan process.
