I had registered to take the GRE general test on 16th August 2022 from my house. After all the security checks by the proctor and after a software check to make sure that no app was open, I was permitted to take the test by the proctor. As soon as the proctor keyed in my test credentials, the test terminated even before I could see the first page. The proctor asked me to raise a case with ETS and left. I would like to make it clear that my device met all the software requirements in order to take the exam and the same was validated by the proctor
I had raised a case on 16th regarding the same and was told that the investigation will be complete within 10 days. I have sent several mails to ETS and have not heard back from them. I want a refund on this registration as I had not
