Hi Sir/Mdm,
I had subscribed to AHA in Oct 2021 for 1 year. After which my plan was not to continue my subscription plan with AHA.
Unfortunately I found out that my card details are still available to them and that they had triggered an auto subscription to my card once the one year package had ended for a whole year. The new package is from 3 Oct 2022- 2 Oct 2023.
I raised this issue with the customer care immediately on 3 Oct 2022, who promptly responded that they would be checking with their technical team and get back to my refund as I have not used my account since the new cycle has been triggered.
It has been 1.5months since this issue has started but there has been no update from AHA. More than the money involved, I would like to ensure this company is held accountable for their actions as they are likely to do the same for many users.
