I am Rakesh K K, residing in vattiyoorkavu, thiruvananthapuram, Kerala state. Customer I’D. 3012051050.
4 months ago I replaced the set top box withaNew one as the existing has low signal quality and also we were not able to view the tv.
Even withthe New set topbox the problem persists. I could not contact the technicalsupport team of Airtel DTH as there is a lot of technical difficulties in contacting them.
Also when I selected my Pack when the mandatory selectionof channels by TRAI was set forth, they had not provided the complete list of channels through a proper profile or via email.
An automatically selected add on service is active, and I couldn’t get rid of it by meansof cancellation through Internet.
I humbly plead before your good self in solving my complaint.
