Text of Complaint by Saswat Rath:

I never created any account with Simpl. It was my first time using simpl. I used it to book a room in OYO. But as soon as I paid using Simpl the date for which I booked the room changed. I cancelled the booking within a minute. But it is now saying that only 250 is refundable out of 1500.
