I placed an order on 15th August and the same was paid through the Royalty points I had in my Jio wallet, Yesterday I received an sms that my order was dispatched and will be delivered by a Delivery Associate and his name and mobile number was given.
I tracked my order today afternoon and to my utter surprise the order showed close, to which I immediately called the Delivery Associate, and inquired where he and my order were.
Another surprise awaited me when I was told by the Delivery Associate that he has no knowledge of my order and secondly he no longer works with Jiomart anymore since he has resigned from the job.
I called customer care after that – The customer care team says only one sentence ” We apologies for the inconvenience caused due to Technical problems. You can reorder the same on the jiomart.”
I have placed order and reorder for the same products 3 times I am very frustrated and disturbed by the way JioMart is functioning and not delivering my order. Further I have not received the refund of my Royalty Points into my Jio wallet.
