I ordered a mixer grinder on 26th june , estimated delivery date was 3 july. The product reached the nearest delivery hub on 1st july but not made out for delivery till 3rd july. On 3rd july it was showing out for delivery but I didn’t received any sms or email regarding the delivery. Late night it shows unable to deliver in app. I called flipkart customer care regarding the issue and they said they raised a query and it’ll be delivered in 3 days. After 1 more day i called then again but they told me to wait only . Now on night of 6th july i received a notification on flipkart app that my order has been cance And they marked my issue as resolved. I contacted their cust support explained all details the executive tells me nothing can be done and i have to place another order . I ask him to transfer the call to a senior , i talk to mr tej singh (the senior) explain everything to him he again tells me the same thing. I asked him why the product has not been delivered the last 30 km of the journey. I told him that it is now showing out of stock for my pincode , he tells me that he has checked and it is now available for delivery to my pincode and then he cuts the call without notifying me. I check the app and it shows still out of stock, so basically he lied to me. I tried to contact customer support again for 2 time but again they all cut the call while I’m explaining all the issue. Then i call out flipkart on twitter regarding the same. And there also they are saying the same thing and not delivering my order.
