My airtel number validity expired on 16 dec 2018, they deduct amount from the main balance without taking authorisation of the customer. Their customer care executives and senior are telling that Rs 23 recharge is compulsory and company will deduct it directly from the main balance without the confirmation of the customer. So if by chance customer forgot to recharge in that time period and don’t need this Rs23 plan and want to buy any other plan, their executives are saying that it is compulsory.
Why automatic deduction?
this is good thing rather than lose sim. This is what TRAI suggested to telco for your benefit. 23 rupees is about 30 cents. Thats’s very small fraction of what rest of the world is paying for free incoming calls. Telco are idiots. They should charge 100 rupees monthly charge just to keep your number active. Another 100 rupees to be able to receive free incoming calls and sms. This is ridiculously low charge – few cups of teas per month!! Then those telcos will stop losing money. DO you know how much MTNL charge just to keep line active without ANY incoming or outgoing calls?. Most people in USA, pay about 3500 ruppes per month and you whine about 23 rupees??????
Just shut your mouth, stop bragging about USA, go and stay there only. Its India, we have a right to question even for a single rupee that’s our hard earned money and a penny also counts. Its my money and I should be incharge of how to spend it, not some xyz company deducting money on my behalf without my prior permission.
