Text of Complaint by ASHOK ABHANG:

Value Added Service about MHEALTH is activated by AIRTEL only on my 
mobile & I have Received a message about deducting Rs. 50/- for 7 days. 
Actually Rs. 50/- deducted from my balance amount. 
How it is done without my consent? 
I have deactivated the service immediately,but Rs. 50/- has not 
refunded in my balance.

I have called several times to customer care, but IVR replying that “No  VAS  is active on your mobile”.

Please arrange to REFUND  Rs. 50/- immediately…
